RECIPE TIPS
● Recipe Tips
-
For the smoothest, best-tasting vinaigrette, use room-temperature ingredients and whisk until the dressing is fully emulsified. If you're making it ahead of time, store it in a glass jar or cruet in the refrigerator. The olive oil may solidify when chilled, so simply let the dressing sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes and give it a good shake before serving. The flavors actually get even better after they've had a little time to blend together!
🥶 STORAGE
Store your Honey Mustard Vinaigrette in an airtight glass jar, mason jar, or dressing cruet in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Before serving, allow the dressing to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes, then shake or whisk well, as the olive oil will naturally solidify and the ingredients may separate during storage. Discard the dressing if it develops an off smell, unusual texture, or signs of spoilage.Store your Honey Mustard Vinaigrette in an airtight glass jar, mason jar, or dressing cruet in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
