Easy Mini Sliders

These sliders taste amazing and are about the size of a silver dollar making them great for tailgating, camping, picnics, potlucks and football game day! I made my french dip sliders with these and they are incredible. Perfect for making and sitting around watching a movie with someone you love and sharing.  This recipe makes a lot of mini sliders, or you can use a bigger cookie cutter and make regular sliders.  sliders, but either way they are delicious

Ingredients

☐ 3¼ cups bread flour

☐ 2¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast

☐ 2 tbsp granulated sugar

☐ 1 tsp salt

☐ ¾ cup warm whole milk (110°F)

☐ ¼ cup warm water

☐ 1 large egg

☐ 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

Egg Wash

☐ 1 egg

☐ 1 tbsp milk

☐ Optional: melted butter for brushing after baking

Directions

● In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.

● Add the egg, softened butter, bread flour, and salt.

● Mix until a soft dough forms, then knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

● Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled.

● Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces (about 2½ ounces each).

● Roll each piece into a smooth, tight ball by pulling the dough underneath to create surface tension.

● Arrange the dough balls in a greased 9×13-inch pan, leaving just a little space between them.

● Cover and let rise another 30–45 minutes, until the rolls are puffy and touching.

● Brush the tops with the egg wash.

● Bake at 350°F for 18–22 minutes, until lightly golden brown.

● As soon as they come out of the oven, brush with melted butter for that soft, glossy bakery finish.
