Parmesan Garlic Butter Noodles

These noodles have been my husband's favorite for years, and they're the perfect side dish for Chicken Parmesan, grilled chicken, steak, pork chops, or even on their own. They also freeze beautifully, making them a great make-ahead side for busy weeknights. Simply reheat and enjoy whenever you're craving a warm, buttery bowl of comfort.

Ingredients

8 oz spaghetti noodles (½ of a 16 oz box)

1½ sticks real butter

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1¼ tbsp minced garlic

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 pinches dried parsley, for garnish

Water, for boiling the pasta

How To Make Parmesan Garlic Butter Noodles

Break Spaghetti Noodles in half

Add noodles to your instant pot in a spiral motion (as shown)

Add enough water to cover noodles

Place your lid on, press manual or pressure cook (according to your model)

3 min high pressure (natural release 5 minutes then instant release.

On the stove top, add Butter, Garlic and Parmesan Cheese. Heat until all is combined and melted. (Remove from heat.)

Drain noodles and add butter mixture, salt and pepper. At this point you can garnish with a few pinches of Parsley and more Parmesan Cheese if you wish~ YUM!
