1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips š
2 tablespoons olive oil š«
2 cloves garlic, minced š§
1 teaspoon paprika š¶ļø
1 teaspoon dried oregano šæ
1 teaspoon dried thyme š±
Salt and pepper to taste š§
Juice of 1 lemon š
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well. š„
Add the chicken strips to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate for a few hours for better flavor. ā°

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). š”ļø
In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. š„£
