    I wanted a basic soup, that was pretty easy and had an amazing flavor. This Chicken Noodle Soup is both! Perfect for a cold night. Add Our Jalapeno Corn Bread and you can't go wrong.It's so simple and taste Delicious!  I was temped (and still might) to get a mug and just drink the broth.. yes! it's Chicken Noodle Soup I wanted a basic soup, that was pretty easy and had an amazing flavor. I was temped (and still might) to get a mug and just drink the broth.. yes! it's that good! Add butter and chicken broth to your instant pot, turn saute on until butter melts. Next add chicken and spices. Place your lid on, and press manual for 25 min, natural release 10 min. Remove chicken and Shred. (discard skin and bones) Spoon out any large pieces of skin that came off your chicken. I had like 4 or 5 Add Shredded Chicken back to pot, add water and carrots, along with spaghetti noodles. Place your lid on, sealing (not venting) and press manual 10 min high pressure. Stir and ENJOY!~ You Will Need 2 Cups Chicken Broth 6 Cups Water 3 Chicken Thighs skin on bone in. 1 Stick Butter 1/2 tsp Basil 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Garlic Salt 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 1 tsp Oregano 2 Small Bay Leaves 2 tsp salt 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots (or rounds) I used shredded. 1/2 package spaghetti noodles broke in half. Place your lid on, make sure you are on sealing and not venting, Set your timer for 15 min high pressure. (manual or pressure cook) While your potatoes are cooking, make Our Garlic Butter (1/2 the recipe) Also make our Zesty Italian Seasoning , trust me you'll want to make this to keep on hand for these potatoes! Lay each potato on a cookie sheet, and either smash with a fork slightly by pressing down, or cut a crisscross in each potato, place 1 TBSP Garlic Butter, and 1 Tsp Shredded Parmesan on each potato. Bake at 350 for 8 min, turn your broil on high, and broil about 3 min (until tops are golden) Add a teaspoon of sour cream, and chives. You could even top with bacon pieces! (or you are) this is a must try recipe. Old Fashioned Chocolate Fudge, creamy, yet forms a solid fudge, this melt in your mouth homemade fudge is the best and there's no condensed milk added. So simple to make~ Directions 1. Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper 2.Melt Butter on the stovetop 3. Add Chocolate chips and Peanut butter chips (Turn Heat to medium low) you do not want this to boil only melt. 4. Add Peanut Butter (use a peanut butter that has very little oil) 5. Stir to combine, you want to keep your heat on medium low. (no boiling) 6. Pour melted chocolate and peanut butter into lined pan 7. Set your Instant Pot to Saute mode. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil. When the butter is melted and sizzling, add the diced mushrooms and a pinch of onion salt.
