How to make Homemade Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip with Buffalo Sauce Instructions for Instant Pot Buffalo Sauce: Set your Instant Pot to the "Sauté" function and add the butter. Once the butter is melted, stir in the hot sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir well to combine. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is well combined and heated through. Taste the sauce and add salt if needed. Once the Buffalo sauce is ready, press the "Cancel" button on the Instant Pot to turn off the heat. Carefully place the baking dish with the dip on top of the trivet. Close the Instant Pot lid and set it to "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" mode for 5 minutes at high pressure. Thank you so much for supporting my site How to make Stove Top/Oven Homemade Buffalo Chicken Dip with Buffalo Sauce For the Sauce In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low to medium heat. Be careful not to let it brown; you just want it to melt completely. Once the butter is melted, add the hot sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the saucepan. Stir well to combine. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. This allows the flavors to meld together. Taste the sauce and add salt if needed. Some hot sauces are already quite salty, so adjust according to your preference. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the Buffalo sauce cool for a few minutes. It will thicken slightly as it cools. Once the Buffalo sauce has cooled a bit, you can use it immediately in your Buffalo Chicken Dip For the Dip Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, prepared Buffalo sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and creamy. Add the shredded chicken to the mixture and stir until the chicken is evenly coated with the creamy Buffalo mixture. Stir in 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Gently fold in the crumbled Feta cheese. The Feta cheese will add a tangy flavor and creamy texture to the dip. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup each of cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the dip. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese on top is melted and slightly golden. Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. I f desired, garnish with chopped green onions for a pop of color and freshness. Season the eggs with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper. Set the bowl aside. Place a frying pan over medium heat and add 2 teaspoons of butter. Allow the butter to melt and coat the bottom of the pan evenly. Add the diced onion and fresh asparagus pieces to the pan. Sauté them for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are slightly browned and tender. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking. Once done, transfer the sautéed vegetables to a separate bowl and set aside. Using a folded paper towel, carefully wipe the hot pan to remove any residue. This will help prevent sticking. Return the pan to the heat and add the remaining 1 teaspoon of butter. Allow it to melt and coat the pan. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan, ensuring they spread evenly to cover the bottom. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the eggs. Once the eggs start to set around the edges, gently add the sautéed onion and asparagus on one half of the omelette. Let the eggs continue to cook until the edges are completely set and the center is slightly jiggly. Using a spatula, carefully slide it under the side of the Omelette without the filling. Carefully fold that half over the side with the filling, creating a half-moon shape. Continue to cook the Omelette for another minute or so, allowing the cheese to melt and the center to cook through. Once the Omelette is cooked to your liking, carefully slide it onto a plate. Top the Omelette with the remaining shredded cheese and the sautéed vegetables that were set aside earlier. Serve your delicious Omelette with your favorite salsa on the side. The salsa adds a burst of flavor and a touch of freshness to the dish. Enjoy your Cheesy Asparagus and Onion Omelette with Sautéed Vegetables! This dish makes for a hearty and flavorful breakfast or brunch option that's sure to satisfy your taste buds. Thank you so much for supporting my site Here are some tips to help you make the most of this Cheesy Asparagus and Onion Omelette with Sautéed Vegetables recipe: Prep Ingredients: Before you start cooking, make sure to have all your ingredients prepped and ready to go. Dice the onion, trim and cut the asparagus, and have the cheese and butter measured out. Even Sauté: While sautéing the onion and asparagus, stir occasionally to ensure even browning. You want them to be tender and slightly caramelized, which will enhance their flavor. Pan Size: Choose a pan that's the right size for the number of eggs you're using. A pan that's too large may cause the eggs to spread too thin, while a small pan might make it challenging to fold the omelette. Low and Slow: When cooking the eggs, use medium-low heat. This prevents the eggs from cooking too quickly on the outside while leaving the center raw. A slower cook ensures a more even texture. Cheese Melting: Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the eggs once they're in the pan. The heat will help melt the cheese and integrate it into the omelette. Fillings Placement: When placing the sautéed vegetables on the eggs, try to concentrate them in the center or along one-third of the omelette, leaving space to fold. Folding Technique: For the tri-fold, fold one-third of the omelette over the center portion of the eggs and filling. Then, slide the omelette slightly towards the edge of the pan and fold the remaining third over the folded portion. This technique creates the classic tri-fold shape. Gentle Handling: When folding the omelette, use a gentle touch to prevent breaking the eggs. A flexible spatula is helpful for this purpose. Cooking Time: Keep an eye on the omelette's doneness. You want the edges to be set, and the center to be slightly soft but not runny. Overcooking can lead to a dry omelette. Plating and Presentation: When serving, top the omelette with the remaining cheese and sautéed vegetables for an appealing look. Don't forget to add your favorite salsa for a flavor boost. Experiment: Feel free to customize the recipe with additional herbs, spices, or other fillings you enjoy. Spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, or diced ham are great options. Practice Makes Perfect: Omelette-making can take some practice to get the folding technique just right. Don't be discouraged if your first attempt isn't perfect—each try will likely improve your skills. Enjoy your cooking adventure, and have fun experimenting with this delicious Omelette recipe! Thank you so much for supporting my site Here are a few variations you can try to put a unique spin on the Cheesy Asparagus and Onion Omelette with Sautéed Vegetables recipe: Mediterranean Omelette: Instead of asparagus, use diced tomatoes, black olives, and feta cheese. Add a sprinkle of dried oregano and fresh chopped parsley for a Mediterranean flavor. Western Omelette: Incorporate diced bell peppers and cooked diced ham along with the sautéed onions. Use cheddar cheese and a touch of hot sauce for a classic Western omelette taste. Spinach and Mushroom Omelette: Sauté sliced mushrooms along with the onions. Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves to the omelette while it's cooking and allow them to wilt. Use Swiss or Gruyère cheese for a rich, earthy flavor. Tex-Mex Omelette: Use diced cooked chorizo or spicy sausage for extra flavor. Add diced avocado and a dollop of sour cream on top. Swap the salsa for a zesty pico de gallo. Smoked Salmon and Dill Omelette: Skip the sautéed vegetables and instead use smoked salmon and fresh dill. Incorporate cream cheese or goat cheese for creaminess and tanginess. Cheese Lover's Omelette: Use a mix of your favorite cheeses—cheddar, mozzarella, and pepper jack, for example. Skip the sautéed vegetables and focus on the cheesiness. Vegan Vegetable Omelette: Instead of eggs, use a chickpea flour-based batter for a vegan version. Sauté a variety of vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, and spinach. Use dairy-free shredded cheese or a cashew-based cheese substitute. Greek Omelette: Incorporate diced kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped fresh parsley. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil before serving. Remember, these variations are just starting points. Feel free to mix and match ingredients to create your own unique Omelette recipes. The key is to balance flavors and textures while keeping the cooking technique in mind. Happy cooking!

Sprinkle the Roasted Garlic & Herb seasoning over both sides of the steaks. Rub the seasoning into the meat, creating a flavorful crust. Let the steaks sit for about 10-15 minutes to marinate. In a small bowl, combine the Garlic Salt, Onion Powder, Hickory Bacon Seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix these seasonings well to create a dry rub. Season both sides of the steaks evenly with the dry rub. Pat it into the meat to ensure it sticks. Preheat your grill, making sure it's hot and ready for searing. You should aim for high heat. Place the steaks on the hot grill and sear each side for about 5 minutes. This will give the steaks a delicious crust. Once seared, move the steaks to the top rack of your grill and close the lid. Let them slow-cook for about 15 minutes to achieve a nice medium-rare. Cooking time can vary depending on your desired doneness. As a general guideline for steaks just under 7/8 inch thick: For rare: Cook 2 minutes on each side. For medium-rare: Cook 3-4 minutes on each side. For medium: Cook 4-6 minutes on each side. For well-done: Cook 2-4 minutes on each side, then reduce the heat and cook for another 4-6 minutes. Once your steaks reach your preferred level of doneness, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve your delicious Garlic and Herb Grilled Rib-eye Steaks. Enjoy! Thank you so much for supporting my site How to make Rib Eye Steaks In The Oven Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Begin by piercing each steak with a fork on both sides. This will help the marinade and seasonings penetrate the meat. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil over each side of the steaks. Use your fingers to rub it in, ensuring the entire surface is coated. Heat an oven-safe skillet or cast-iron pan over high heat on the stovetop. Once hot, add a little oil to prevent sticking. Sear the steaks on the stovetop for about 2-3 minutes on each side to create a nice crust. Transfer the skillet with the seared steaks to the preheated oven. Roast the steaks in the oven for about 5-10 minutes for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. You can use an instant-read meat thermometer to check the internal temperature (125-130°F or 52-55°C for medium-rare). Remove the skillet from the oven and let the steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting into them. The resting time allows the juices to redistribute and ensures a juicy steak. Slice and serve your delicious Garlic and Herb Rib-eye Steaks from the oven. Enjoy! Thank you so much for supporting my site Tips to make the perfect Steaks Quality Steaks: Start with high-quality rib-eye steaks. Look for steaks with good marbling (fat throughout the meat) as this will make them more flavorful and tender. Room Temperature: Allow your steaks to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. This ensures more even cooking. Piercing: Piercing the steaks with a fork helps the marinade and seasonings penetrate the meat, infusing more flavor. Marinating Time: Don't rush the marinating process. Allowing the steaks to marinate for at least 10-15 minutes lets the flavors meld into the meat. Searing: When searing on the stovetop, make sure your skillet or pan is very hot. A hot pan helps develop a flavorful crust on the steaks. Oven Temperature: Preheat your oven to the correct temperature (400°F or 200°C) to ensure even cooking in the oven. Meat Thermometer: Use an instant-read meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the steaks. This is the most accurate way to determine the level of doneness. Resting: Allow the steaks to rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking. This step is crucial to retain the juices in the meat. You can tent them with foil to keep them warm. Serving: Consider serving your steaks with a compound butter (butter mixed with herbs and seasonings) or a simple pan sauce for extra flavor. Safety: Be cautious when working with hot surfaces, especially when transferring the skillet from the stovetop to the oven. Use oven mitts or a pan handle cover to protect your hands.

Step 6: Garnish & Serve Spoon into bowls and finish with your favorite toppings: Sour cream Diced cherry tomatoes Sliced green onions Extra Fiesta cheese Crushed tortilla chips Fresh cilantro Diced avocado Jalapeño slices (optional) Serve warm and enjoy! ❤️ Connie's Tips Use a large, deep skillet or Dutch oven so everything fits comfortably. Stir the pasta every few minutes while it cooks to prevent it from sticking. Freshly shredded cheese melts smoother than pre-shredded cheese. Let the Taco Mac rest for 5 minutes before serving. The sauce will thicken into a rich, creamy cheese sauce. Top each bowl with crunchy tortilla chips, cool sour cream, and fresh green onions for the perfect finishing touch. Recipe Variations 🌶️ Spicy Taco Mac Turn up the heat by adding diced jalapeños, a pinch of cayenne pepper, or a can of Hot Rotel. Finish with Pepper Jack cheese for an extra kick. 🧀 Extra Cheesy Taco Mac Mix in an additional cup of shredded cheese or stir in a few ounces of cream cheese for an ultra-creamy, cheesy dinner. 🫘 Bean Lover's Taco Mac Add a can of pinto beans, kidney beans, or corn along with the black beans for an even heartier meal. 🥓 Loaded Taco Mac Top each bowl with crispy bacon, diced avocado, sour cream, pico de gallo, crushed tortilla chips, and extra cheese for the ultimate Tex-Mex comfort food. 🐔 Chicken Taco Mac Swap the ground turkey or beef for shredded rotisserie chicken or leftover taco chicken for an easy twist. 🫑 Veggie-Packed Taco Mac Add diced bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, or corn while sautéing the onions for extra color and nutrition. 🌮 Taco Bake Pour the finished Taco Mac into a baking dish, sprinkle with extra cheese, and bake at 375°F for 10–15 minutes until hot and bubbly. 🥣 Creamy Taco Mac Stir in ½ cup sour cream or 4 ounces cream cheese after adding the shredded cheese for an extra rich and creamy sauce.

Your homemade chicken broth made on the stovetop is now ready to enhance your recipes! All About Broth FAQ (frequently asked questions) Turkey Broth Canning Chicken or Turkey Broth Thank you so much for supporting my site Freezing your homemade chicken broth in Ziplock bags is a convenient way to store and preserve it for future use. Here's how to do it: Materials Needed: Prepared and strained chicken broth Gallon-sized Ziplock freezer bags (or quart-sized, depending on your preferred portion size) Permanent marker or freezer-safe labels Steps: Cool Down the Broth: Allow the chicken broth to cool to room temperature or slightly warm before proceeding. It's important to avoid putting hot liquids directly into freezer bags. Portion the Broth: Decide on the portion sizes you'd like to freeze. You can choose to freeze the broth in batches that match your typical recipe needs. (I normally do mine in 1 or 2 cups per bag.) Fill the Bags: Place the Ziplock bags in a sturdy container or large measuring cup to provide stability while filling. Carefully ladle or pour the cooled broth into the ziplock bags, filling them to your desired portion size. Leave some space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing. Remove Air and Seal: Gently press down on the bag to remove as much air as possible before sealing it. This helps prevent freezer burn and ice crystals from forming. Seal the ziplock bag tightly, ensuring it's securely closed. Label the Bags: Use a permanent marker or freezer-safe labels to write the date and a brief description on each bag. This helps you keep track of when the broth was made. Lay Flat for Freezing: Lay the filled and sealed ziplock bags flat on a baking sheet or tray to freeze. This allows them to freeze evenly and saves space in your freezer. Freeze the Bags: Place the baking sheet with the ziplock bags in the freezer. Once the broth is frozen solid, you can remove the baking sheet, and the flat bags can be stacked or stored upright in your freezer. Thaw and Use: When you're ready to use the frozen chicken broth, you can either thaw it in the refrigerator overnight or place the sealed bag in a bowl of cold water to speed up the thawing process. Once thawed, the chicken broth is ready to be used in your favorite recipes. By following these steps, you'll have conveniently portioned and labeled bags of homemade chicken broth ready to enhance your cooking whenever you need it.
