See our variations of this recipe below: Thank you so much for supporting my site I was given this recipe by a friend/subscriber to my channel and it's her recipe (June Moore) but she asked me to try it. I don't do keto but I like to make recipes because my daughter does. I was shocked at this bread, it doesn't taste at all like peanut butter, but is so flakey and has a nutty flavor. This bread is also held together well and can be toasted and topped with your favorite jam or jelly. I was impressed with this recipe and how easy it really is. Instant Pot Directions: (oven and microwave instructions below) Grease the Instant Pot safe pan with coconut oil to prevent sticking. In a mixing bowl, combine the firm peanut butter, eggs, and baking powder. Stir well until the ingredients are fully blended and form a smooth batter. Pour the peanut butter batter into the greased pan, spreading it evenly. Cover the pan with a piece of foil to prevent condensation from dripping onto the bread. Add a cup of water to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside. Carefully place the pan with the peanut butter batter on the trivet inside the Instant Pot. Close the Instant Pot lid, set the valve to "Sealing" position, and select the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" mode. Set the cooking time to about 30-35 minutes on high pressure. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release the pressure for about 10 minutes before performing a quick release to release any remaining pressure. Leaving it at room temperature for too long can lead to bacterial growth and spoilage. Use an Airtight Container: Transfer the pea salad into an airtight container. A container with a tight-fitting lid will prevent air from entering and keep the salad from drying out or absorbing unwanted odors from the refrigerator. Separate Dressing (if applicable): If your pea salad has a dressing, it's best to store the dressing separately from the salad. Keeping the dressing in a separate container helps maintain the salad's texture and prevents it from becoming soggy. Cover and Seal Well: If the pea salad contains other ingredients like bacon, cheese, or herbs, cover and seal it well to preserve its flavors and prevent cross-contamination with other foods in the refrigerator. Store in the Refrigerator: Place the sealed container in the refrigerator. The temperature should be set at 40°F (4°C) or lower to slow down bacterial growth and keep the salad safe to eat. Consume within 2-3 Days: Pea salad is best enjoyed when fresh. Consume it within 2-3 days of refrigeration for the best taste and texture. Gently Toss Before Serving: If the salad components have separated or the dressing has settled, gently toss the salad again before serving to redistribute the flavors. Check for Signs of Spoilage: Before eating any stored salad, check for any signs of spoilage, such as an off-smell, mold, or unusual texture. If you notice any of these, discard the salad immediately. Remember that the quality of the pea salad may change slightly after refrigeration, especially if it contains delicate ingredients like fresh herbs. So, it's best to enjoy it at its freshest, preferably on the day of preparation or the day after. Thank you so much for supporting my site Pea salad is a versatile dish that can be customized in various ways. Toss in some cherry tomatoes and red onions for a burst of color and tanginess. The briny olives and tangy feta cheese elevate the taste and create a refreshing and vibrant salad. Thank you so much for supporting my site How to Pressure Can Turkey Broth for beginners Using Our Step-by-Step Guide Step-by-Step for Beginner Canners: Preparation: Start by making sure your quart-sized canning jars, lids, and bands are clean and sterilized. You can do this by boiling them or using a dishwasher with a sanitize setting. Turkey and Vegetables: Take your 4-pound Butterball Turkey and remove the gravy packet and giblets. Freeze them for later use. In a large pot, put the turkey carcass, chunked carrots, quartered onions, garlic cloves, celery, leeks, bay leaves, peppercorns, thyme, and optional rosemary and sage. Water and Vinegar: Cover all the ingredients with water. Add a small splash of vinegar (about 1/4 cup) to help bring out the flavors from the turkey bones and vegetables. Simmer: Bring everything to a boil, then lower the heat to a gentle simmer. Let it simmer for around 3 to 4 hours. If you see foam forming on the surface, skim it off. Straining: After simmering, strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into another large pot or container. Get rid of the solids. Fill Jars: Carefully pour the hot turkey broth into your prepared quart-sized canning jars, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top. Debubbling: To remove any air bubbles, use a debubbling tool or a non-metallic spatula. Clean Rims: Wipe the rims of the jars with a clean, damp cloth to ensure there's no residue that might interfere with sealing. Lid Placement: Put the sterilized canning lids and bands on each jar, making sure they're not too loose or too tight. Processing: Follow the instructions for your pressure canner. Usually, it involves processing at 10-11 pounds of pressure for 20-25 minutes for quart-sized jars. Cooling: After processing, carefully take the jars out of the pressure canner and let them cool completely on a clean towel or cooling rack. Check Seals: Once they're cool, check if the lids have sealed by pressing in the center. If it doesn't pop back, the jar is sealed. Storage: Store your sealed jars in a cool, dark place. Properly sealed jars can be stored for up to a year or more. That's it! You've just canned your homemade turkey broth, and it's ready to add a burst of flavor to your future recipes. Don't be afraid to give it a try; you'll be proud of your delicious creations. Happy canning!

Pork Recipes Sausage Stir-Fry with Rice Garlic Butter Sauted Onion and Imitation Crab Cilantro Garlic Butter Jasmine Rice Buttery Parmesan Corn On The Cob Garlic Parmesan Pork Chop Directions Step-by-Step Instructions: Coat the Pork Chops: In a large mixing bowl, add mayonnaise. Coat each pork chop thoroughly with mayonnaise using a wooden spoon or your hands. Prepare the Coating: In a separate bowl, combine flour, bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic Parmesan seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix well. Coat the Pork Chops: Roll each pork chop in the coating mixture, ensuring they are evenly covered. (For less mess, place the coating mixture in a gallon-sized bag, add the pork chops one at a time, and shake to coat.) Heat the Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Wait until the oil is hot and bubbling before proceeding. (Tip: Reduce the heat to medium once the oil reaches the right temperature to avoid burning.) Fry the Pork Chops: Place the pork chops carefully in the skillet. Fry until golden brown and crispy on each side, about 5-7 minutes per side depending on thickness. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Add Parmesan Cheese: Once the pork chops are fully cooked and crispy, place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the tops while they are still hot. Keep Warm: Place the Parmesan-topped pork chops in a warm oven (around 200°F) while you prepare your side dishes. Thank you for supporting our site! To store Parmesan-crusted pork chops properly, follow these steps: Allow the Pork Chops to Cool: After cooking the pork chops, let them cool to room temperature before storing them. This prevents condensation from forming inside the storage container, which could make the crust soggy. Refrigerate Promptly: Place the cooled pork chops in an airtight container or wrap them tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate the pork chops within two hours of cooking to ensure food safety. Separate Layers: If you need to stack the pork chops in the storage container, separate them with parchment paper or foil to prevent the crusts from sticking together. Store in the Fridge: Keep the Parmesan-crusted pork chops in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. Discard any leftovers beyond this time to maintain freshness and food safety. Reheat Properly: When reheating the pork chops, use an oven or toaster oven to help maintain the crispy crust. Avoid microwaving them, as it may result in a less crispy texture. Freezing Option: If you have leftover pork chops that you won't consume within a few days, you can freeze them for up to 2-3 months. Wrap each pork chop individually in plastic wrap or foil before placing them in a freezer-safe container or freezer bag. Thaw the frozen pork chops in the refrigerator before reheating. Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes 1 cup fresh buttermilk (cold) 4 tablespoons additional all-purpose flour (for dusting and adjusting consistency) Thank you for supporting our site! How do you make Easy Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits in Minutes? Instructions: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients. Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, quickly cut the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. The butter should be pea-sized or smaller. Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the cold fresh buttermilk. Stir the mixture until just combined. If the dough seems too sticky, gradually add the additional 4 tablespoons of flour until it comes together. Do not overmix; it's okay if there are some lumps. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently knead it a couple of times until it comes together. Pat the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Use a round biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits from the dough. Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each. Gather any remaining dough, gently pat it out again, and cut out more biscuits until you've used all the dough. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown on top. Optional: Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter immediately after removing them from the oven for added flavor. Allow the biscuits to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm with butter, jam, or your favorite toppings! Flavor Enhancements: Herbs: Add chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, or thyme to the dough for a savory twist. Cheese: Fold in grated cheese like cheddar, parmesan, or a blend of your favorites for a cheesy flavor. Garlic Butter Glaze: Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush it over the warm biscuits for a delicious garlic butter flavor. Tips and Tricks for Flawless, Fluffy Biscuits! Chilled Cookie Cutter: Place your normal-sized round cookie cutter in the freezer for a few minutes before cutting the biscuits. This helps create cleaner edges and prevents the dough from sticking. Flour the Cutter: Dip the edges of the cookie cutter in flour before each cut to prevent sticking and ensure a smooth release of the biscuit dough. Press Straight Down: When cutting the biscuits, press the cookie cutter straight down into the dough without twisting. Twisting can seal the edges and affect the biscuits' rise. Size Consistency: Using a normal-sized cookie cutter ensures more standard-sized biscuits. Apply uniform pressure when cutting to maintain consistent sizing for even baking. Dust with Flour Between Cuts: After each biscuit cut, dip the cookie cutter in flour again to prevent sticking. This ensures a clean cut for each biscuit. Flour the Work Surface: Keep the work surface well-floured to prevent the dough from sticking. This helps in easy transfer of the cut biscuits to the baking sheet. Gather and Re-roll Scraps: After cutting out as many biscuits as possible, gather the remaining scraps, gently pat them out, and cut additional biscuits. Try to minimize the number of times you re-roll the scraps to maintain flakiness. Close Placement on Baking Sheet: Arrange the normal-sized biscuits relatively close together on the baking sheet. This encourages the biscuits to support each other as they rise during baking. Adjust Baking Time: Normal-sized biscuits may require a standard baking time. Keep an eye on them, and once the tops are golden brown, they should be ready . Thank you for supporting our site! Biscuits for Once-A-Month Cooking (OAMC) and freezing Prepare the Dough: Follow the biscuit recipe until you have a well-mixed dough. Roll Out the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the biscuit dough to the desired thickness. Place on a Baking Sheet: Arrange the cut-out biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are not touching each other. Flash Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1-2 hours or until the individual biscuits are firm. Wrap and Store: Once the biscuits are firm, remove them from the freezer. Individually wrap each biscuit in plastic wrap or place them in a single layer in a resealable plastic bag. Label the bag with the date and any baking instructions. Freeze for Long-Term Storage: Store the wrapped or bagged biscuits in the freezer. They can be stored for several weeks to a few months. Prepare the Pancake Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Prepare the Blueberry Filling: In a separate bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined. Grease the Molds: Use cooking spray or melted butter to generously grease your silicone molds or heatproof containers. This step is crucial to prevent sticking. Layer Batter and Filling: Begin by spooning a small amount of pancake batter into each mold, filling them about one-third of the way. Then, add a spoonful of the blueberry filling to each mold, followed by another layer of pancake batter, filling them up to about two-thirds full. Cover the Molds: Cover each mold with a piece of aluminum foil. This prevents moisture from the Instant Pot from getting into your pancake molds. Add Water to Instant Pot: Pour about 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot insert. Place Molds in Instant Pot: Arrange the filled molds on the Instant Pot trivet or a steaming rack, making sure they are evenly spaced. Cook in the Instant Pot: Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to the sealing position. Select the "Steam" or "Pressure Cook" function and set it to cook for about 10-12 minutes on low pressure. Quick Release: After the cooking time is up, perform a quick release by carefully turning the steam release valve to the venting position. Wait for the pressure to release completely. Serve: Carefully remove the molds from the Instant Pot, and let them cool for a few minutes. Gently pop the pancake molds out onto serving plates. Enjoy: Serve your individual blueberry pancake molds with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, whipped cream, or additional fresh berries. These Instant Pot blueberry pancake molds are not only delicious but also a fun and convenient way to enjoy a pancake breakfast. Prepare the Blueberry Filling: In a medium saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and the blueberries break down slightly. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Remove it from heat and set it aside. Prepare the Pancake Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the whole milk, sweet condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay. Pour Half of the Pancake Batter: Pour half of the pancake batter into the greased 9x8-inch baking pan, spreading it evenly. Add the Blueberry Filling: Spoon the blueberry filling evenly over the first layer of pancake batter. Top with Remaining Batter: Carefully spoon the remaining pancake batter over the blueberry filling, spreading it evenly. Bake: Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown, and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve: Allow the baked blueberry pancake casserole to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your sweet and fruity pancake creation! This recipe combines sweet pancake batter with a luscious blueberry filling for a delightful treat. Thank you so much for supporting my site Blueberry Pancake Casserole Variations Mixed Berry Pancake Casserole: Instead of using only blueberries, mix in other berries like strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries for a colorful and flavorful berry medley. Lemon Blueberry Pancake Casserole: Add a burst of citrus flavor by incorporating lemon zest and juice into the pancake batter or blueberry filling. Lemon complements blueberries beautifully. Cream Cheese Swirl: After pouring half of the pancake batter into the dish, add dollops of softened cream cheese on top of the batter. Then, pour the blueberry filling over the cream cheese before adding the remaining batter. This creates a delightful cream cheese swirl effect. Streusel Topping: Before baking, sprinkle a homemade streusel topping over the pancake batter. Combine 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup cold butter, and a pinch of cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle it over the batter for a crunchy, sweet topping. Chocolate Chip Pancake Casserole: If you're a fan of chocolate, fold in chocolate chips into the pancake batter or sprinkle them on top before baking for a chocolate-blueberry twist. Nutty Delight: Add some chopped nuts like pecans or almonds to the streusel topping or mix them into the pancake batter for added crunch and flavor. Savory Twist: Instead of sugar and blueberries, create a savory pancake casserole by adding ingredients like cooked bacon, sautéed onions, and cheese to the batter. Omit the sugar and fruit, and you'll have a savory breakfast casserole. Gluten-Free or Vegan: Adjust the recipe to accommodate dietary restrictions. Use gluten-free flour for a gluten-free version, and for a vegan version, substitute buttermilk with a plant-based milk (like almond or soy) and use a vegan egg substitute. Cinnamon Swirl: Create a cinnamon sugar swirl by sprinkling a mixture of cinnamon and sugar between the layers of batter. Fruit Compote: Instead of using whole berries, make a fruit compote with your favorite fruit and layer it between the pancake batter. Feel free to get creative and customize this recipe to your liking. These variations can make each pancake casserole unique and delicious. Thank you so much for supporting my site How To Store Blueberry Pancake Casserole To store baked blueberry pancake casserole properly, follow these steps: Cooling: Allow the casserole to cool to room temperature. This usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour. Refrigeration: Once it has cooled, cover the baking dish with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, or transfer the leftovers to an airtight container. Make sure it's sealed tightly to prevent moisture from getting in or escaping. Refrigerate: Place the covered casserole in the refrigerator. It can be stored in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Reheating: When you're ready to enjoy your leftover pancake casserole, you have a couple of options for reheating: Microwave: For a single serving, you can reheat individual portions in the microwave. Heat on a microwave-safe plate, covered with a damp paper towel, for 20-30 seconds per slice or until heated through. Oven: To reheat larger portions or the entire casserole, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the covered dish in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through. You may want to remove the cover during the last 5 minutes to allow the top to crisp up slightly. Serve: Once it's heated through, serve your reheated blueberry pancake casserole with your favorite toppings, like maple syrup or fresh fruit. Make-Ahead and Freeze Blueberry Pancake Casserole Instructions for Making Ahead and Freezing: Prepare the Pancake Batter and Blueberry Filling: Follow the instructions provided earlier to prepare the pancake batter and blueberry filling. Assemble the Casserole: Grease a 9x8-inch baking pan and assemble the pancake casserole as directed in the recipe, layering the pancake batter and blueberry filling. Cool Completely: Allow the baked casserole to cool completely at room temperature. Slice or Portion: Once cooled, you can either slice the casserole into individual servings or portion it into desired sizes for freezing. Wrap each portion tightly in plastic wrap. Place in Freezer Bags: Place the wrapped portions in airtight freezer bags, removing as much air as possible to prevent freezer burn. You can also use a vacuum sealer for extra protection. Label and Date: Label the freezer bags with the date of preparation and the contents, so you know what's inside and when it was made. Freeze: Place the sealed bags in the freezer. The blueberry pancake casserole can be stored in the freezer for up to 2-3 months. To Reheat and Serve: Thaw: When you're ready to enjoy the frozen blueberry pancake casserole, remove it from the freezer and let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Reheat: To reheat, you have a few options. You can either microwave individual portions for quick reheating or place the entire casserole in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through. Serve: Once heated, serve the reheated casserole with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh berries, or a dollop of whipped cream. By making this casserole ahead and freezing it, you can have a delicious breakfast or brunch option available whenever you need it, making meal planning and busy mornings much easier.
