This recipe is simple and uses pancake mix. They go wonderful with syrup for a sweet treat in the morning. When I went to make breakfast this morning, I noticed she wasn't pulling at my pant legs like normal, so when I looked around I couldn't stop laughing and had to call my husband into the kitchen. My husband filled his bowl to the top twice and said it was the best pork chili he's ever had, Instant Pot and Crock pot Pork Chili Share You Will Need: 2 pounds pork cut into large chunks- a little bigger than Bite-Size 2 TBS Oil (I used vegetable oil) 1/2 cup Beef Broth 1 Can Red Chili Beans(drained not rinsed) 1 Medium/large Onion (diced) 1 Can Seasoned Pinto Beans (drained not rinsed) Margaret Holmes 2 TBS Minced Garlic 1 TBS Onion Powder 1 29 oz can Tomato Sauce 1 TSP Brown Sugar 4 TBS Chili Powder 2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Cumin 1 TBS Paprika 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes 15oz (1 reg) (1 fire-roasted) 16oz can 2 TBS chopped Jalapeno~ 1 Cup Fiesta Cheese Additional Toppings- (optional) Shredded cheese.
